These terms apply when you order from Ro’s Dough. They are written plainly on purpose.

This website does not take orders
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and submitting the form does not create an order. The form starts a conversation: you tell us what you need, we reply with a quote. An order exists only once we have both confirmed it in writing and you have met any deposit stated on the quote.
Quotes and pricing
Box prices shown on this site are the standard card: From 6 cookies · $20, rising in steps to 24 cookies. Orders of 100 or more, custom branding, and delivery are quoted per order.
Your quote is the price that applies. Published prices may change without notice, but a quote we have given you stands for the period stated on it.
Lead times
Orders are baked to order and need 48 hours minimum notice as a minimum. Larger runs and custom branding need longer. The date is agreed when we quote, and we will not accept an order we cannot fill in time.
Payment, deposits and cancellation
We accept interac e-transfer or credit card. E-transfer preferred.
Whether a deposit is required, and the point after which an order can no longer be changed or cancelled, depend on the size of the order and how close it is to the date. Both are stated on your quote before you confirm, and the quote governs.
Collection and delivery
Orders are collected in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Québec or delivered by courier. The exact collection address is given when your order is confirmed — Ro bakes from a commercial kitchen, not a shop, so there is no counter to visit and no walk-in service.
Delivery is arranged case by case and priced on your quote; there is no flat delivery rate. If an order is not collected within its agreed window, contact us — cookies are perishable and we cannot hold them indefinitely.
Allergens — read this one
Everything is baked in a single kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat and soy. Cross-contamination cannot be excluded. Products carry the notice: May contain nuts · Peut contenir des noix.
A nut-free assortment is offered and can be selected on the order form. It is made without nuts; it is not made in a nut-free facility, and we will not describe it as one.
Tell us about any allergy when you enquire. We will tell you honestly what is and is not possible rather than guess.
Custom branding
Where an order includes your branding, you confirm you have the right to use the artwork you send us and that we may apply it to packaging for your order. We will not use your name, logo or order as a public example without asking you first, in writing.
Branded packaging is quoted per order and needs more notice than a standard box. Ask when you enquire and we will tell you what the date allows.
Photographs and content
The photographs, text and design on this site belong to Ro’s Dough or are used with permission. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law. Where a term here conflicts with that law, the law applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the laws of Canada that apply there.
